Terms of Service

English:

BOOKING FEES : A percent of your package price is required upfront to reserve your date. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, all planning, location hunting for photo session before event, and block off a specific time frame for your event. Before/day of the event we expect 2nd  payment of the price of the package (cash/zelle).

When booking your photo session a month in advance, please note that whatever time you choose, try to show up 10 minutes before your session. If you are late, please let me know. If you do not show up 30 minutes after your scheduled time, ( example: 3pm start time show up after 3:30pm ) I will have to cancel your session or charge you $60 every 30 minutes past your time. Time is key, so please don't waste my time. Plan your trip for weather and traffic.

CANCELLATIONS :

Prior to 90 days – full refund
60-90 days before start of event – 50% refund
61-30 days before start of event – no refunds or credits for future events given 
Due to financial obligations incurred by REYESFILMZ, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests less than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility. REYESFILMZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or location is changed and you are unable to attend.

COVERAGE: Photographer/videographer will provide coverage for the dates, locations and continuous hours specified in this Agreement. Coverage begins as soon as he/she arrives at the event location.  Additional travel or coverage hours may be added by agreement, no later than 7 days prior to the wedding/quince and must be paid in full with the remaining balance. Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures/video, but no specific pose/photograph/or video can be promised.

 Any lists supplied or requested photos/video will be used for organizational purposes only. While the Photographer will make every reasonable effort to take photos/video specifically requested by the person in charge , understands that this is an uncontrolled event and that due to the PNW weather, event location, available light, time restrictions, willingness of subject, etc. Photographer cannot possible guarantee that all requested photos/video will be taken. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. 

The Photographer will use their professional judgment and sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. We do not give out any raw pictures or footage taken at the event due to copyright reasons. Any specific footage or pictures should be discussed while making contract and should the customer be aware that any request outside the contract will be an additional fee added to the contract price.

RAW FOOTAGE $300 / RAW PICTURES $300; will not be released unless there is a $600 payment upfront from the customer before releasing the edited footage / pictures. Every picture edited outside of the amount the customer gets in his/her package will be added $10 per picture. EXAMPLE: 5 pictures=$50

3 MONTHS AFTER THE EVENT: Photographer/videographer will get in contact with you once he/she is finish proofing and editing the photos. Photographer does not offer selection or template customizations.

5 MONTHS AFTER THE EVENT: Your complete event package will completed and will be looking forward to meeting up to present the final product.

NOTES: 

Ranch Parties: Due to the nature of the area that the event is going to take place, it will be a up-charge of $300. This amount covers the cleaning of the camera and equipment that gets damaged from all the dust and debris flying. Dirt damages lenses and sensors and it need to be carefully cleaned by professionals. 

The more changes and adjustments requests, the longer it will take to finish. Please be courteous and respond to my emails/calls/text promptly so that everyone gets their photos/video in a timely manner.

RESERVA : Se requiere un deposito del precio de su paquete por adelantado para reservar su fecha. Esto no es reembolsable, No hay excepciones. Esta cuota cubre la comunicación inicial, toda la planificación, la búsqueda de la ubicación para la sesión de fotos, y el bloqueo de su fecha  específicamente para su evento. Un día Antes o el del día del evento esperamos el segundo pago del paquete.

Cuando reserve la sesión de fotos un mes antes, tenga en cuenta que la hora que elija, intentar presentarse 10 minutos antes de su sesión. Si llega tarde, por favor, avísame. Si no aparece 30 minutos después de su hora programada, ( ejemplo: inicio de sesión a las 3 p.m. aparecer después de las 3:30pm ) Tendré que cancelar su sesión o cobrarle $ 60 cada 30 minutos que pase su tiempo. El tiempo es clave, así que por favor no pierda mi tiempo. Planifique su viaje para el clima y el tráfico.

CANCELACIONES : 

Antes de los 90 días – reembolso completo

60-30 días antes del inicio del evento – reembolso del 50%

0-30 días antes del inicio del evento: no se reembolsa su deposito

Debido a las obligaciones financieras contraídas por REYESFILMZ, no se emitirán reembolsos ni créditos en solicitudes de cancelación con menos de 30 días de antelación al inicio del evento. Los asistentes sustitutos son bienvenidos.REYESFILMZ se reserva el derecho de cancelar el contrato del evento debido a circunstancias imprevistas y reembolsará las tarifas si el evento se reprograma o se cambia la ubicación o fecha.

COBERTURA: El fotógrafo/videógrafo proporcionará cobertura para las fechas, lugares y horas continuas especificadas en este Acuerdo. La cobertura comienza tan pronto como él/ella llegue al lugar del evento.  Se pueden añadir horas adicionales de viaje o cobertura por acuerdo, a más tardar 7 días antes de la boda/quince y deben ser pagadas en su totalidad con el saldo restante. Se harán todos los esfuerzos razonables para tomar las fotos solicitadas, pero no se puede prometer ninguna pose o fotografía específica. Cualquier lista suministrada o las fotos solicitadas se utilizarán únicamente con fines organizativos. Aunque el fotógrafo hará todo lo posible para tomar las fotos solicitadas específicamente por la persona a cargo, entiende que este es un evento no controlado y que debido al clima de Washington, la luz disponible, las restricciones de tiempo, la voluntad del sujeto, etc.

 El fotógrafo no puede garantizar que se tomen todas las fotos solicitadas. Las imágenes que el fotógrafo determine qué no son de calidad o que están duplicadas pueden ser editadas. El fotógrafo utilizará su criterio profesional y su única discreción para seleccionar las fotos que se entregarán. No entregamos imágenes sin editar tomadas en el evento por motivos de derechos de autor. Cualquier filmación o imagen específica debe discutirse al realizar el contrato y el cliente debe saber que cualquier solicitud fuera del contrato tendrá una tarifa adicional que se agregará al precio del contrato.

FOTOGRAFÍAS SIN PROCESAR $300 / IMÁGENES SIN PROCESAR $300; no se publicará al menos que haya un pago de $600 por adelantado por parte del cliente antes de publicar los videos / imágenes editadas. Cada imagen editada fuera del la cantidad del paquete  del cliente se le agregarán $10 por imagen. 

EJEMPLO: 5 fotos = $ 50

3 MESES DESPUÉS DEL EVENTO: El fotógrafo/videógrafo se pondrá en contacto con usted una vez que haya terminado de revisar y editar las fotos. El fotógrafo no ofrece selección o personalización de fotos.

5 MESES DESPUÉS DEL EVENTO: El paquete completo de su evento será completado y esperando reunirse para presentar el producto final.

Nota: Cuantos más cambios y ajustes se soliciten, más tiempo se tardará en terminar. Por favor, responda a mis correos electrónicos/llamadas/textos con prontitud para que reciba sus fotos/vídeos a tiempo.
